i came at about 2 p.m, but they said the room had not been cleaned yet and asked me to wait for about an hour. also the flush tank in the WC was broken

The triple room is recently refurbished with a fold-up bed and lovely view. Wake-up service is available, which is a plus. the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to a safe area close to bus stops and the metro station.

The location was good (4 blocks from Metro), convenient to cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean.

Hotel Cosy Monceau is an ideal property located in the 17th arr. district adjacent to the bus stop and Place Charles de Gaulle. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating. Amenities provided include central heating, a work desk, and a TV in the rooms.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Location is good and the environment is nice. Hotel is in front of the bus stop which takes you directly to Gare de Nord. Room is small but clean, and very well worth the price.

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Paris, close to a safe neighborhood, the nearest metro station, and Parc des Batignolles. It is within a short walk to the Cinematheque Robert-Lynen and other tourist attractions.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of this hotel. The vintage decor and comfortable sitting areas made me feel right at home. It was such a delight to relax in the hotel's common areas and chat with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy-to-navigate staircases and handrails for support.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more attentive and helpful staff. The children working there seemed a bit disinterested and could have been more proactive in providing information and assistance.

Got exactly what was advertised - the room looked just like it did in the pictures. the bathroom had a nice shower and clean towels provided. Great thing was, there was a bus stop right nearby, which made getting around super convenient! 🚌
